Chilly Mates Customers can now return the purchased product within 30 days. To begin with the process, all you need to do is to drop an email at hello@chiymates.com. You will be happy to know that refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds will typically take 3-5 banking days to appear in your account after processing, and we’ll notify you via email as soon as the refund processing begins.

Once your exchange item is packed and shipped, you’ll get another notification. You can expect most orders to be delivered within the next 7 days for replacements or exchanges from the day it was processed.
