– The product has arrived in a damaged condition 
– The item arrived in poor quality

Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All Apparel Is Printed To Order. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.

Therefore, when you order multiple items at a time they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next one – so no need to worry if you don’t receive them all at once, know they are on their way and they will get to you.

If you see this notice, it means the coupon code you’ve received cannot be redeemed for that order. 

Common issues with promo codes:

• Coupons can only be redeemed through your Wander Prints account and the email address associated with it. When checking out, please use the same email address that you used to receive the coupon.
• Some promotions are only available to subscribers; make sure that you signed up before using the exclusive coupon.

Unfortunately, as per our policy, you are only eligible to use one code per order. Additionally, kindly note that your order must comply with the discount code criteria.
